Where Vision Meets Experience
Inspired design. Proven expertise. One thoughtful approach from possibility to completion.
About Latina & Kurtz
Some of the most extraordinary spaces begin with a vision — an idea for how a home could look, function and, most importantly, feel.
At Latina & Kurtz, we bring together two distinct perspectives to make that vision possible: the creative intuition and effortless elegance of Kurtz Design with the knowledge, experience and problem-solving expertise of Latina Design Build Group.
For Darla Kurtz, great design possesses a certain je ne sais quoi — that subtle, memorable quality you may not be able to define, but immediately recognize.
Her approach creates spaces that feel naturally balanced, personal and refined, where thoughtful details, materials and finishes come together with an ease that never feels overly designed.
Anthony Latina brings the experience required to turn those ideas into something tangible.
Backed by decades of design-build, renovation and construction knowledge, Anthony approaches each project with an understanding of what it takes to move successfully from concept to completion. He anticipates challenges, coordinates the details and finds practical solutions while remaining focused on the integrity of the original design.
Together, those perspectives create something neither design nor construction can accomplish quite as effectively on its own.
From the earliest conversations about how you want to live through planning, design, construction and the finishing details, Latina & Kurtz offers a more connected approach.
Creative decisions can be informed by real-world building expertise. Construction solutions can respect and preserve the design vision. And throughout the process, communication, craftsmanship and genuine care for our clients remain at the center of everything we do.
Our work encompasses interior design, space planning, kitchen and bath design, renovations, remodeling, additions, general contracting and complete design-build projects for residential and commercial clients.
The result is more than a beautifully designed space or a well-executed build.
It is a space where beauty meets function, creativity meets experience, and inspired ideas become places you can experience every day.
Two strengths. One shared vision.
We believe the best spaces happen when creativity and experience are part of the same conversation.
Whether you're reimagining a single room or embarking on a complete transformation, Latina & Kurtz brings the vision, experience and thoughtful execution to take you from “What if?” to “This is exactly what we imagined.”
