It’s the quiet confidence of a space that supports your life intuitively, balances beauty with function, and makes every day feel a little more refined. This project is a perfect expression of that philosophy.

For this project, our clients came to us with a space that no longer matched the vibrant, bustling energy of their household.

At Latina-Kurtz, “Clean Living” isn’t just a style—it’s a philosophy. It’s the art of shaping spaces that breathe, soothe, and support the rhythms of a simple, healthy lifestyle.

We seamlessly wove new life into an existing home by introducing an addition supported by beautifully wood-wrapped steel beams, marrying strength with natural warmth.
